Abstract:

Innovative entrepreneurship must not only be permanently embedded in higher vocational education, but the philosophy of this education has to be changed as well. Colleges, as providers of higher vocational education, must come out of their marginality, abandon their aspiration to transform themselves into higher schools and direct their potential to innovative entrepreneurship in various fields, to new and modern forms of learning that respond to the dynamic market conditions and implement innovative pedagogical techniques. This way, they can become a sought-after educational institution, aligning the teaching of knowledge with business needs and market metamorphoses.
