Tourism, despite the restrictions and prohibitions related to the Covid-19 pandemic, and the negative impact of the conflict in Ukraine in the last two years, is one of the fastest growing economic activities, where the accommodation industry has priority, which is expressed by the growing number of hotels, rooms and other places of accommodation, and where the organization and technology of work are of utmost importance for the survival and prosperity of hotel firms and companies. 13
