Abstract:

The human resources available to the organization are among the main factors that are directly related to the successful implementation of the offered product on the market. The education, qualification of the employees, ethical and professional relationships between the members of the individual teams are part of the image of the organization in front of partners, customers and competitors. The excessive freedom of action of the employees and allowing a compromise with the qualifications of the hired workers is one of the risk factors for the management in terms of the authority of the organization, and from there for the achievement of high quality of the offered product. The other extreme – excessively high requirements of the management to the personnel of the organization do not always lead to the desired quality of the manufactured product, and from there to a bad image among the society. Finding a balance in terms of personnel, especially in a state of crisis, is a task that must be solved by the management of the organization by making efforts in several directions.
