Abstract:

It is natural that any crisis leads to traces of dissatisfaction, mainly related to changes in the working conditions provided by each employer. Faced with a succession of looming crises, employers and workers are on the brink of survival. Improving the basic conditions necessary for the preservation of workers and enterprises is the goal of every single person. The main goal of this report is to analyze the problems of workers during a crisis and to find appropriate solutions for their implementation.
