Abstract:

Today, tourism plays an essential role in the growth of the international economy, which is why the mental and health status of tourism employees is key to the prosperity of this industry. In this context, this article aims to explore the relationship between temperament and stress among tourism employees, thereby contributing to an understanding of the factors influencing perceived stress levels among tourism employees. The study found a significant correlation between the levels of perceived stress, the coping strategies applied and the temperamental characteristics of tourism employees.
