Features of workplace business protocol

Adhering to protocol in the workplace shows importance and what an employee means. The business protocol in the workplace affects in one way or another in different situations and shows the qualities and readiness of the employee to react positively in a situation of a problem or strongly affecting emotions. Knowing the term “business protocol” occupies an important and strategic place and leads to correctness, professionalism, trust, equality, objectivity and impartiality. The purpose of this article is to show opportunities for following and complying with the rules of conduct in business. Methodologically, the development is based on some research methods, such as practical observation, survey, analysis. It is important that employees respect and follow the norms and rules of behavior in the organization.
